🚚 Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers provided via email once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (additional fees apply)

Jass Crafted is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
📍 Local Pick-Up (If Available)

If you're local to Charlotte Area , free local pickup can be arranged. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first.

Jass Crafted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist with filing a USPS claim if needed.

For damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

If there is an error on our part (wrong item, misspelling on a custom order, etc.), please reach out within 3 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Custom designs are welcome! Please allow extra time for the design and approval process.

A proof or mockup will be sent via email or message before production.

Orders will not go into production until final approval is received.
