Due to the personalized nature of our products , customized items are generally non-refundable. Please double-check your order details for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. 


Standard Items :
If you recieve a non-customized item that is defective , damage or incorrect , please contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange in these cases. * May Vary*


Return Process :
to initate a return , please email us at [email protected]  with your order number and detials about the issue. we will guide you though the return process

shipping cost :
